Ladies, sometimes don't you just feel off? Not only do our bodies walk a tightrope throughout each month, constantly searching to balance our bodies with our emotions. But, culturally, women are also multi-tasking now more than ever and we're stretched to the limit. I don't know about you, but I was tired of being tired and always feeling depleted and off.
It's like our hormones are in a tug of war with our schedules made worse by unrealistic expectations that we---ahem--are placing on ourselves. No one told us to pile it on like that but we've done it anyway and this cultural phenomena is colliding like an atom smasher with our minds and bodies, and I've had enough.
This is what brought me to Young Living essential oils. That feeling of it never being enough and my life and wellness suffering from neglect. My world has opened up from these little bottles of awesome, though, and I'm never looking back. Maybe it's all that female energy in our tribe or the classes I've been drawn to so that I might learn more about oils and all the ways they can be used. But, out of dozens of at-home experiences, I can say that most of them do not end without some tears. A lot of laugher too, but there's always a little cry about how neglectful we've become of ourselves and how thankful we are to feel empowered again, thanks to YL.
So, why do we do this, ladies? Not cry, but get to that point before we begin to prioritize our needs? It's like we're all in a big contest to exhaust ourselves which often leads to depletion and illness and endangered relationships. Now in my mid 40's now, I'm smarter and more savvy about what I want out of life and I'm no longer afraid to speak my mind and I can't shut up about oils. I feel more balanced and well and empowered than I have ever been, and I love helping to educate my friends (and now you!) about some of my favorite YL products that have helped me to get there.
Below you'll find some empowering info on YL products for women. You'll also see I've included a few of my favorite recipes. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us or to ask your Enroller. I look forward to hearing how you feel empowered now too!
