You need a strong support system in this. While your team will always have your back (especially this team), we're talking about the support we get outside of the business. From spouses to family to friends, you need folks who will cheer for you to win. Not everyone will want you to succeed and there will be times you'll need to lean on your oak trees. So, surround yourself with loving lumberjacks (in body or spirit) who will be strong for you and believe in you and be patient with this. Be sure to cheer them on as they pursue their own passions as they are affording you to do, and you'll both be happier than ever.
